1. Nature of Our Services

Restwell provides general educational sessions and information resources relating to retirement literacy and pension awareness. All content — whether delivered in person, in printed form, or through this website — is for general information purposes only.

Nothing provided by Restwell constitutes financial advice, legal advice, or personal planning guidance. We do not hold any licence to provide regulated financial services. Participants should consult a qualified independent professional for advice tailored to their individual circumstances.

2. Who May Attend

Our sessions are open to adults with a general interest in retirement and later-life planning topics. There are no academic requirements. Sessions are conducted in English and are suited to those comfortable reading and conversing in that language.

Restwell reserves the right to decline enrolment at its discretion, for example where a session has reached its attendance limit or where a participant's needs fall outside the educational scope of the program.

3. Session Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed once Restwell has acknowledged your registration and received payment in full. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If a session is full, we will let you know and, where possible, offer an alternative date.

By enrolling, you confirm that you understand the general, non-advisory nature of the content and that you are attending for your own personal interest and education.

4. Fees and Payment

Session fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all materials described in the program overview. Fees must be paid in full prior to attendance unless a separate arrangement has been agreed in writing with Restwell.

Fees are subject to change. The fee applicable to your enrolment is the one stated at the time your registration is confirmed.

5. Cancellation and Changes

If you need to cancel your enrolment, please contact us as early as possible. Our approach to cancellations is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the session date: a full credit note will be issued for use against a future session.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the session: a credit note for 50% of the fee will be issued.
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the session: no credit note will be issued, though we will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Restwell reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session where attendance falls below the minimum required or for other operational reasons. In such cases, participants will be offered a transfer to an alternative date or a full credit note.

6. Conduct During Sessions

We ask all participants to engage with sessions in a respectful and considerate manner. Sessions are a shared learning space, and the comfort of all attendees matters. Restwell may ask a participant to leave a session if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

Recording of sessions — by audio, video, or any other means — is not permitted without prior written consent from Restwell.

7. Intellectual Property

All session materials, printed resources, templates, and written content provided by Restwell are intended for the personal use of the enrolled participant only. They may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, or used commercially without Restwell's prior written permission.

Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to participants.

8. Limitation of Liability

Restwell takes care to ensure the accuracy of the general information it presents. However, information on retirement and pension matters can change, and Restwell does not warrant that all content is current or complete at any given time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Restwell's liability for any loss arising from participation in a session or use of our materials is limited to the fee paid for that session. We are not responsible for decisions made by participants on the basis of information received in any session.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

The personal data you provide when registering or contacting us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take data privacy seriously and process personal data only for the purposes described in that policy.

10. Use of Our Website

The Restwell website is provided for general information about our programs. You may browse the site freely. You agree not to use it in any way that disrupts its operation or that is unlawful. We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors.

Links to third-party websites may appear on our site for reference purposes. We are not responsible for the content of those external sites.
